Naturally Leavened oven-baked cake.

Our Panettone is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, made using our traditional recipe and free from genetically modified ingredients.

Prepared in the traditional way, with Italian high quality fresh milk, eggs from free-range hens, fragrant candied oranges peels and raisins. Thanks to natural cooling upside down for 8 hours, this panettone retains all its fragrance and unmistakable scent.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- raisins 15.4%- candied orange peels 12% (orange peels- glucose- fructose syrup- sugar- acidity regulator: citric acid)- butter- fresh egg yolk 7.8%- natural yeast 7.7%(wheat flour- water)- sugar- fresh pasteurized milk 4%- emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids- salt- natural flavourings. May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.
